This past weekend, The Kamiak High School Winter Percussion Ensemble traveled to the first WGI Regional competition in their history in San Bernardino, CA, and came away with the GOLD MEDAL in the Scholastic A classification.
This is quite an accomplishment and represents a tremendous step forward for the Kamiak program as well as marching percussion in the Northwest as a whole.
I’ve had a great time helping the program grow this past two years and look forward to watching it continue to grow. Congratulations to all members, parents, and staff alike. It simply could not have happened without the efforts of everyone!
